BR-06
An Invoice shall contain the Seller name (BT-27).
Why it fails
- The seller's legal name is missing: UBL keeps it in
cac:PartyLegalEntity/cbc:RegistrationName, not incac:PartyName, which holds a trading name.
How to fix it
Add cac:PartyLegalEntity/cbc:RegistrationName to the seller party (ram:SellerTradeParty/ram:Name in CII).
What the rule checks
As the rule set's publisher wrote it. The rule runs on every element the context matches, and fails where the test is false; the validator reports the line of that element.
