BR-09
The Seller postal address (BG-5) shall contain a Seller country code (BT-40).
Why it fails
- The seller's address has no

How to fix it
Add the ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code of the seller's country, such as DE or FR.
What the rule checks
As the rule set's publisher wrote it. The rule runs on every element the context matches, and fails where the test is false; the validator reports the line of that element.
