Why it fails

  • The invoice has no cbc:CustomizationID (ram:GuidelineSpecifiedDocumentContextParameter/ram:ID in CII), the identifier of the specification it follows.

How to fix it

Add the identifier of the specification the invoice is made for: urn:cen.eu:en16931:2017 for plain EN 16931, or the longer identifier of a CIUS such as Peppol BIS (urn:cen.eu:en16931:2017#compliant#urn:fdc:peppol.eu:2017:poacc:billing:3.0) or XRechnung.

What the rule checks

As the rule set's publisher wrote it. The rule runs on every element the context matches, and fails where the test is false; the validator reports the line of that element.
