For suppliers in the Netherlands, if the fiscal representative is in the Netherlands, the representative's address (cac:TaxRepresentativeParty/cac:PostalAddress) MUST contain street name (cbc:StreetName), city (cbc:CityName) and postal zone (cbc:PostalZone)
