For suppliers in the Netherlands, if the customer is in the Netherlands, the customer address (cac:AccountingCustomerParty/cac:Party/cac:PostalAddress) MUST contain the street name (cbc:StreetName), the city (cbc:CityName) and the postal zone (cbc:PostalZone)
