Why it fails

  • The seller's postal address has no city: cac:AccountingSupplierParty/cac:Party/cac:PostalAddress/cbc:CityName (ram:PostalTradeAddress/ram:CityName in CII) is missing or empty.

How to fix it

Add the city to the seller address. XRechnung requires the city and the post code (BR-DE-4) on top of the country EN 16931 asks for.

What the rule checks

As the rule set's publisher wrote it. The rule runs on every element the context matches, and fails where the test is false; the validator reports the line of that element.
