Why it fails

An XRechnung has no seller contact: cac:AccountingSupplierParty/cac:Party/cac:Contact (ram:DefinedTradeContact in CII) is missing.

How to fix it

Add the seller contact with a name (BR-DE-5), a telephone number (BR-DE-6) and an email address (BR-DE-7).

What the rule checks

As the rule set's publisher wrote it. The rule runs on every element the context matches, and fails where the test is false; the validator reports the line of that element.
