Why it fails

  • The seller contact has no email address: cac:Contact/cbc:ElectronicMail (ram:EmailURIUniversalCommunication/ram:URIID in CII) is missing or empty.

How to fix it

Add an email address to the seller contact, one that someone reads: German public buyers use it for questions about the invoice.

What the rule checks

As the rule set's publisher wrote it. The rule runs on every element the context matches, and fails where the test is false; the validator reports the line of that element.
