Nu a fost identificat cui vanzator. #ANAF's validator finds no Romanian tax code for the seller: no CompanyID in its PartyTaxScheme (BT-31), PartyLegalEntity (BT-30) or the tax representative's PartyTaxScheme (BT-63) that starts with RO or is a number.
