Datum izdavanja računa (BT-2) - (…) mora biti veći od 01.01.2026 i manji od 01.01.2100.

Why it fails

  • The invoice was made with a test or template date from before 2026; Croatian fiscalisation of B2B e-invoices starts on 1 January 2026, and the rule set rejects anything earlier.
  • cbc:IssueDate holds a date in another format, or a timestamp; it must be YYYY-MM-DD.

How to fix it

Set cbc:IssueDate to the real issue date, 2026-01-01 or later, written as YYYY-MM-DD.

What the rule checks

As the rule set's publisher wrote it. The rule runs on every element the context matches, and fails where the test is false; the validator reports the line of that element.
