Why it fails

  • cbc:ProfileID is missing, or holds the Peppol process identifier (urn:fdc:peppol.eu:2017:poacc:billing:01:1.0).

How to fix it

Set cbc:ProfileID to the Croatian business process: P1 to P12, or P99: followed by the buyer's own label.

What the rule checks
