BR-CO-18
An Invoice shall at least have one VAT breakdown group (BG-23).
Why it fails
- The VAT total has no breakdown:
cac:TaxTotalholds only acbc:TaxAmountwithoutcac:TaxSubtotal(ram:ApplicableTradeTaxin the CII settlement).
How to fix it
Add a cac:TaxSubtotal per VAT category and rate, with its taxable amount, VAT amount, category and rate. An invoice without VAT still needs one, with category O, E or Z and a VAT amount of 0.
What the rule checks
As the rule set's publisher wrote it. The rule runs on every element the context matches, and fails where the test is false; the validator reports the line of that element.
