Why it fails

  • The VAT total changed (another rate, a rounding fix) but cbc:TaxInclusiveAmount was not recalculated.
  • The invoice has a second cac:TaxTotal in another currency, and the wrong one was added up; the rule uses the tax total in the document currency.
  • The amount with VAT includes the paid amount or the rounding amount, which belong in BT-113 and BT-114 instead.

How to fix it

Set BT-112 (cbc:TaxInclusiveAmount, ram:GrandTotalAmount in CII) to BT-109 plus BT-110, rounded to two decimals. Adjust the amount due for payment (BT-115) afterwards, since BR-CO-16 checks it against BT-112.
