Why it fails

  • The buyer's cbc:EndpointID (ram:URIUniversalCommunication/ram:URIID in CII) has no schemeID.

How to fix it

Add the EAS code of the buyer's address as schemeID; for a German public buyer's Leitweg-ID it is 0204.

What the rule checks

As the rule set's publisher wrote it. The rule runs on every element the context matches, and fails where the test is false; the validator reports the line of that element.
