Why it fails

  • The seller's cbc:EndpointID (ram:URIUniversalCommunication/ram:URIID in CII) has no schemeID.

How to fix it

Add the EAS code of the address as schemeID, such as 0088 for a GLN or EM for an email address.

What the rule checks

As the rule set's publisher wrote it. The rule runs on every element the context matches, and fails where the test is false; the validator reports the line of that element.
