UBL 2.1 Debit Note
A UBL document that charges a buyer an additional amount after an invoice.
About
A debit note raises the amount owed, for example for a price correction or a late fee. Peppol and EN 16931 do not use it: they send a new invoice instead.
Good to know
- The example is the debit note sample from the OASIS UBL 2.1 distribution.

The validator loads all of these with their folder structure, so includes and imports resolve as published.
