About
MathML is how formulas travel in JATS articles, EPUB books, DocBook and Word exports. This is the W3C DTD for standalone MathML documents.

- Named characters such as ⁢ come from the DTD and are only known when it is read while parsing; use character references.

The validator loads all of these with their folder structure, so includes and imports resolve as published.
