Sólo se permite que la fecha de expedicion de la factura sea anterior a la fecha operación si los detalles del desglose son ClaveRegimen 14 o 15 e Impuesto 01, 03 o vacío.

In English The invoice may be dated before the operation (FechaOperacion) only when a breakdown line has regime 14 or 15 (VAT not yet due) and the tax is VAT, IGIC or left out.
