Why it fails
- A Belgian enterprise number (scheme
0208) is not ten digits, still has theBEprefix or dots, or fails its check (the last two digits are 97 minus the first eight modulo 97).
How to fix it
Write the number as ten digits without prefix or separators, such as 0123456749.
What the rule checks
As the rule set's publisher wrote it. The rule runs on every element the context matches, and fails where the test is false; the validator reports the line of that element.
