HR-BR-9
Račun mora sadržavati ispravan OIB operatera (HR-BT-5)
In English The invoice must contain the operator's valid OIB (HR-BT-5).
Why it fails
cac:AccountingSupplierParty/cac:SellerContact/cbc:IDis missing: the Croatian extension puts the operator (the person who issued the invoice) there, and the rule wants their OIB.- The OIB has a typo; it is eleven digits, the last one a check digit (ISO 7064, MOD 11,10), and the rule recalculates it.
How to fix it
Add cac:SellerContact inside cac:AccountingSupplierParty, with cbc:ID holding the operator's eleven digit OIB and cbc:Name their label (HR-BR-37).
What the rule checks
As the rule set's publisher wrote it. The rule runs on every element the context matches, and fails where the test is false; the validator reports the line of that element.
cac:AccountingSupplierParty
cac:SellerContact/cbc:ID and u:ctrlOIB(cac:SellerContact/cbc:ID)
