Why it fails

  • The price discount on a line has a reason (ram:Reason), which EN 16931 does not carry for price discounts.

How to fix it

Leave the reason out, or turn the discount into a line allowance (BG-27), which has a reason (BT-139) and a reason code (BT-140).

What the rule checks

As the rule set's publisher wrote it. The rule runs on every element the context matches, and fails where the test is false; the validator reports the line of that element.
