Why it fails

  • The gross price of a line has a charge (ram:ChargeIndicator true) or an allowance without an amount; EN 16931 only knows a price discount (BT-147).

How to fix it

Keep only allowances with ram:ActualAmount on the gross price. A charge on a line goes in ram:SpecifiedLineTradeSettlement/ram:SpecifiedTradeAllowanceCharge as a line charge (BG-28).

What the rule checks

As the rule set's publisher wrote it. The rule runs on every element the context matches, and fails where the test is false; the validator reports the line of that element.
