BR-IC-12
In an Invoice with a VAT breakdown (BG-23) where the VAT category code (BT-118) is "Intra-community supply" the Deliver to country code (BT-80) shall not be blank.
Why it fails
- An intra-community supply (category
K) doesn't say which country the goods went to:cac:Delivery/cac:DeliveryLocation/cac:Address/cac:Countryis missing (ram:ShipToTradePartyin CII).
How to fix it
Add the deliver-to address with at least its country code.
What the rule checks
As the rule set's publisher wrote it. The rule runs on every element the context matches, and fails where the test is false; the validator reports the line of that element.
