Wenn BT-81 "Payment means type code" einen Schlüssel für Überweisungen enthält (30, 58), muss BG-17 "CREDIT TRANSFER" übermittelt werden.

Why it fails

  • An XRechnung paid by credit transfer (code 30 or 58) has no cac:PayeeFinancialAccount.

How to fix it

Add the account to pay to: its IBAN in cbc:ID, and optionally the account name and BIC.

What the rule checks

As the rule set's publisher wrote it. The rule runs on every element the context matches, and fails where the test is false; the validator reports the line of that element.
