BR-DE-17
Why it fails
- The invoice type code (BT-3) is one XRechnung does not expect, such as
393(factored invoice) or325(proforma).
How to fix it
Use 380 for an ordinary invoice, 381 for a credit note, 384 for a corrected invoice, 389 for self-billing, 326 for a partial invoice and 875, 876 or 877 for construction invoices. It is a warning: other codes are not rejected, but the buyer may not process them.
What the rule checks
As the rule set's publisher wrote it. The rule runs on every element the context matches, and fails where the test is false; the validator reports the line of that element.
