Why it fails

  • cbc:AllowanceTotalAmount doesn't equal the sum of the document level allowances (cac:AllowanceCharge with cbc:ChargeIndicator false), or line allowances were counted in it.

How to fix it

Make BT-107 the sum of the document level allowance amounts only, and leave it out when there are none.

What the rule checks

As the rule set's publisher wrote it. The rule runs on every element the context matches, and fails where the test is false; the validator reports the line of that element.
