Why it fails

  • The schemeID of an cbc:EndpointID is not a code from the EAS list (Electronic Address Scheme), for example GLN instead of 0088, or a code that has since been withdrawn from the list.

How to fix it

Use the numeric EAS code of the address: 0088 for a GLN, 0192 for a Norwegian organisation number. The test below lists every code the rule set accepts.

What the rule checks

As the rule set's publisher wrote it. The rule runs on every element the context matches, and fails where the test is false; the validator reports the line of that element.
