About

ISDOC is an XML invoice format based on UBL, used between Czech companies and towards public bodies. An .isdoc file is the XML itself; an .isdocx file is a ZIP that also holds attachments.

Good to know

  • The schema checks structure and data types. ISDOC also publishes Schematron rules, which are not run here.
  • For an .isdocx package, unzip it and validate the .isdoc file inside.
  • The example is by xmlvalid.com: one invoice line with 21% VAT and dummy company numbers.
