In English: The products total (ICMSTot/vProd) is not the sum of vProd of the items that count in the total (indTot 1), services under ISSQN apart.

## Why it fails

- An item with indTot 0 was added, or one with indTot 1 left out.
- Services taxed by ISSQN were added here; they belong in ISSQNtot/vServ.
