- Test: `(xs:date(cbc:IssueDate) >= xs:date('2026-01-01')) and (xs:date(cbc:IssueDate) < xs:date('2100-01-01'))`

In English: The invoice issue date (BT-2) must be on or after 1 January 2026 and before 1 January 2100.

## Why it fails

- The invoice was made with a test or template date from before 2026; Croatian fiscalisation of B2B e-invoices starts on 1 January 2026, and the rule set rejects anything earlier.
- `cbc:IssueDate` holds a date in another format, or a timestamp; it must be `YYYY-MM-DD`.

## How to fix it

- Set `cbc:IssueDate` to the real issue date, 2026-01-01 or later, written as `YYYY-MM-DD`.
