In English: The business process type (BT-23) MUST be given. The values are P1 to P12, or P99: followed by the buyer's own label.

## Why it fails

- `cbc:ProfileID` is missing, or holds the Peppol process identifier (`urn:fdc:peppol.eu:2017:poacc:billing:01:1.0`).

## How to fix it

- Set `cbc:ProfileID` to the Croatian business process: `P1` to `P12`, or `P99:` followed by the buyer's own label.
