> Only one BT-41 element is allowed on an invoice.

- Level: error
- Rule sets: Factur-X BASIC WL rules 1.09, Factur-X EN 16931 rules 1.09.2, Factur-X EXTENDED rules 1.09.2
- Context: `/rsm:CrossIndustryInvoice/rsm:SupplyChainTradeTransaction/ram:ApplicableHeaderTradeAgreement`
- Test: `not(ram:SellerTradeParty/ram:DefinedTradeContact/ram:PersonName and ram:SellerTradeParty/ram:DefinedTradeContact/ram:DepartmentName)`

## Why it fails

- The seller contact has both `ram:PersonName` and `ram:DepartmentName`; EN 16931 has a single seller contact point (BT-41).

## How to fix it

- Keep one of the two. In Factur-X profiles this is an error, not a warning.
