> Identificatorul specificatie (BT-24) trebuie sa corespunda sintactic cu valoarea precizata in Specificatii tehnice și de utilizare a elementelor de baza ale facturii electronice - RO_CIUS - și a regulilor operationale specifice aplicabile la nivel national. #The specification identifier (BT-24) must syntactically correspond to the value specified in the Technical and Usage Specifications of the basic elements of the electronic invoice - RO_CIUS - and the specific operational rules applicable at national level(…).

- Level: error
- Rule sets: Romanian RO e-Factura rules (UBL) 1.0.9
- Context: `/ubl:Invoice | /cn:CreditNote`
- Test: `cbc:CustomizationID = $RO-CIUS-ID`

## Why it fails

- `cbc:CustomizationID` names an older CIUS-RO version, often `CIUS-RO:1.0.0` from the Ministry's own examples; the rules accept only 1.0.1.
- It holds the plain EN 16931 or the Peppol identifier, or has spaces around it: the rule compares the value exactly.

## How to fix it

- Set `cbc:CustomizationID` to `urn:cen.eu:en16931:2017#compliant#urn:efactura.mfinante.ro:CIUS-RO:1.0.1`, with nothing before or after it.
