## Why it fails

- An intra-community supply (category `K`) doesn't say which country the goods went to: `cac:Delivery/cac:DeliveryLocation/cac:Address/cac:Country` is missing (`ram:ShipToTradeParty` in CII).

## How to fix it

- Add the deliver-to address with at least its country code.
