## Why it fails

- An intra-community supply (category `K`) has neither an actual delivery date (`cac:Delivery/cbc:ActualDeliveryDate`) nor an invoicing period.

## How to fix it

- Add the date the goods were delivered, or the invoicing period the supply covers.
