## Why it fails

- The seller contact has no name: `cac:Contact/cbc:Name` is empty or missing (in CII neither `ram:PersonName` nor `ram:DepartmentName` is given).

## How to fix it

- Name a person or a department the buyer can contact about the invoice, such as "Accounts receivable".
