## Why it fails

- The seller's postal address has no city: `cac:AccountingSupplierParty/cac:Party/cac:PostalAddress/cbc:CityName` (`ram:PostalTradeAddress/ram:CityName` in CII) is missing or empty.

## How to fix it

- Add the city to the seller address. XRechnung requires the city and the post code (BR-DE-4) on top of the country EN 16931 asks for.
