## Why it fails

- An XRechnung has no payment instructions: no `cac:PaymentMeans` (`ram:SpecifiedTradeSettlementPaymentMeans` in CII).

## How to fix it

- Add the payment means with its code (`58` for a SEPA credit transfer, `59` for a SEPA direct debit) and the account details it needs.
