## Why it fails

- A document level allowance or charge (`cac:AllowanceCharge` at invoice level) is not reflected in `cbc:TaxExclusiveAmount`.
- `cbc:AllowanceTotalAmount` or `cbc:ChargeTotalAmount` is missing although document level allowances or charges exist.
- Line level allowances were subtracted again at document level; they are already part of the line net amounts.

## How to fix it

- BT-109 must equal BT-106 minus BT-107 plus BT-108. Give the allowance and charge totals whenever there are document level allowances or charges, and keep line level ones inside the lines.
