> If the Payment means type code (BT-81) means SEPA credit transfer, Local credit transfer or Non-SEPA international credit transfer, the Payment account identifier (BT-84) shall be present.

> If the Payment means type code (BT-81) means SEPA credit transfer, Local credit transfer or Non-SEPA international credit transfer, the Payment account identifier (BT-84) shall be present.

- Level: error
- Rule sets: EN 16931 rules (CII) 1.3.17, EN 16931 rules 1.3.16 (CII), EXTENDED-CTC-FR rules (CII) 1.4.0.04, Factur-X BASIC WL rules 1.09, Factur-X EN 16931 rules 1.09.2, Factur-X EXTENDED rules 1.09.2
- Context: `//ram:SpecifiedTradeSettlementPaymentMeans[ram:TypeCode='30' or ram:TypeCode='58']/ram:PayeePartyCreditorFinancialAccount`
- Test: `(ram:IBANID) or (ram:ProprietaryID)`

## Why it fails

- The payment means code is a credit transfer (`30` or `58`), but there is no account to pay to: `cac:PayeeFinancialAccount/cbc:ID` is missing (`ram:PayeePartyCreditorFinancialAccount` in CII).

## How to fix it

- Add the IBAN (or the account number) the buyer should pay to. If the invoice is paid another way, use the payment means code for that instead.
